We played this all through the school holidays. It’s easy to set up, no fiddly bits, and the kids actually take turns without fighting. That alone makes it worth the price!

I was worried it would be too simple, but the AI adds a good challenge. Even I’ve been caught out a few times trying to beat it. It’s good fun for all ages.
Good game to get the kids off the phone and still learning, good stuff 👍
Great game!
It surprised me how much we’ve used it. It’s ended up being the most played thing in the house. Simple, smart and addictive.
The kids have been loving this and ngl so have I haha, gets the brain working.
We’ve taken it on road trips and it’s perfect for the car. Small enough to keep in the bag, and the kids play quietly in the back seat for hours.
It’s simple but so clever. My daughter used to get bored of tic-tac-toe on paper, but with the fading pieces it feels brand new every round. Keeps her entertained for ages 👍
This has become our go to after dinner game. Such a fun family game!
Good fun even just by yourself with the ai in game bot playing you
We’ve been using it during playdates. The kids love trying different levels of difficulty.
Bought it for a birthday gift, and it wasn’t the flashiest toy there but hands down it’s one of the most played
We’ve been playing it before bed and it’s become sort of a ritual.
The AI mode caught me out twice, which was honestly more challenging than I expected.
I was mainly looking for something screen-free, but the unexpected bonus is seeing the kids actually think ahead instead of just tapping randomly for entertainment.
Small enough for the coffee table, but interesting enough that adults actually join the kids.
Both kids understood the rules quickly, then spent the afternoon trying different ways to win.
I appreciate that younger players can understand what to do straight away, but the changing spaces create enough uncertainty to keep grown-ups genuinely interested too.
The controls are straightforward, so even first-time players can start a proper match without help.
Quick rounds never feel repetitive
The fading mechanic changes everything
Nothing complicated here, just a clever version of a familiar game that gets plenty of use.
Even the adults got competitive
Nothing about the setup feels complicated, so we can pull it out for a quick match and be finished before a larger board game would even start.
After dinner we often play a few rounds together, and the quick pace means it fits nicely before showers, homework, or the usual bedtime routine.
The kids started inventing their own little challenges around it, which has given the game much more life than I expected from such a simple idea.
Little gem
Makes ordinary tic-tac-toe feel fresh
Everyone wants another round afterwards
This works nicely during quiet time because it feels playful while still making them concentrate.
Makes you think ahead constantly
Both children can play together without needing us to referee every move, which has made this surprisingly handy when we are cooking or getting things organised.
Good challenge without feeling frustrating
Playing before dinner has become a little family competition, with plenty of rematches requested afterwards.
School holiday boredom disappeared for a while once the cousins discovered how the fading spaces work.
Grandparents picked it up immediately and ended up having a surprisingly competitive match with the kids.
Parents hooked
Great little game for families
It sits beside the couch now because somebody usually suggests a quick game after dinner.
